Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. For orders across UAE, we recommend you to check and try your order at the time of receiving. In case of any malfunction, you can return to the delivery person immediately, within 15 minutes.
However, any return or refund after that shall be invalid. You can only exchange the product.

Returns

All returns outside UAE must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
All Items inside UAE must be postmarked at the same time of delivery if any comments or return the decision should be made at the same time when the delivery representative waiting for your confirmation, at the same time, Once the delivery, is made it will be considered as final acceptance of the customer, no return or refund.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at Sales@marvellabyrasha.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Products Purchased from Resellers
Our return policy only applies to products purchased from marvellabyrasha.net. If you have purchased your product elsewhere, please contact the respective reseller.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
